It’s a great house, easy to take care of.
Fantastic location, so close to the centre of Beaumont street, all public transport, parks, cafes and shopping options.
Seperate toilet and bathroom (shower over bath). Sunny kitchen and dining, double gas/electric oven, dishwasher and internal laundry.
Big backyard, lovely trees and lots of potential.
Some storage available in the shed if required.
Off street parking available.
Well ventilated, with good security, mosquito nets on all windows and ceiling fans.
The house is free of mould and recently sprayed for cockroaches (with a 12mnth guarantee).
We’re renting directly off the owner, who is very responsive and takes good care of the property, without being overbearing.

We’re often chilling and playing, or off on adventures. Love to cook, garden, read, craft and binge crime drama. We’re all about snacks, backyard hangs, bluey, good coffee, sunshine on the stoop, mood lighting and duplo.
The kiddo is in care two days and spends time with their Dad (who lives across the road!) We’re also often away for weekends.
I also value privacy, quiet time and good boundaries but more than happy to have a chat over a cuppa or glass of wine.
I’m quite systematic and house proud, really appreciate an organised and clean space (as much as I can with a little one running around!) Also love a good project and am keen to get stuck in if you have any cool ideas for the garden or house.
Would be suited to someone looking for a cosy place, open to living with a great little one, doesn’t mind early mornings, chill evenings and is ok with occasional hilarious mayhem!
Or even a part time housie looking for a home away from home.
