We are an active couple living in a large family home in a quiet area. We are looking to rent two bedrooms with a bathroom shared between the two rooms. Another bathroom is available for busy times. We prefer non smokers &/or vapers.
Our home is modern and close to major shopping centre and public transport. All bedrooms are oversized and there are multiple living areas.
Bedroom 1 is 4.9m x 4.0m. Bedroom 2 is 4.0m x 3.7m. The bathroom is 3.2m x 2.8m, with separate toilet.
We are close to Fernleigh Track and Glenrock nature reserve.
We would consider only letting one room at an increased rate.
