G’day Future Flatmate,

I have just leased this absolutely unreal house in Yarraville, on the same street at the train station, and a three minute walk to the pubs, parks, cinema and GOJE (frozen yogurt but better). I absolutely love it here and am excited to share it with someone who loves the area too. Rent is $268 per week for the upstairs bedroom, where I have placed a wardrobe for you. The house is fully furnished but you can absolutely bring your own furniture if you like. Bills generally work out to be $50sih a month, and bond is the first month’s rent.

The house comes along with my wolfhound cross, Bernie Sanders. Bernie is my favourite thing on the planet, and has the sweetest temperament. She also never barks. A condition of entry is that you also like dogs, though you won’t have to provide any care for Bernie. If you have a pet I will absolutely consider them too - Bernie is really good with other animals.
