About occupants
I’m a 60-year-old gay male with two 10-year-old indoor cats, looking for a settled, long-term flatmate. I was born in Perth, then studied, lived and worked in Sydney for ten years at a special effects company before moving to Melbourne, where I worked as a finished artist for 20 years. I’m now on a fixed disability pension after a total right-hip replacement.

I’m quiet, friendly and mostly keep to myself but completely happy to be interrupted. I don’t smoke or drink (I don’t mind if you drink, smoke etc is fine on balcony). I’m not much into socializing, partying or entertaining. Most of my time is spent in my small media room, creating on the computer, 3D modelling, or watching British TV, documentaries and classic sci-fi. I like going for daily walks and I prefer a calm home with just a few close friendships rather than big groups.

I’d really appreciate someone who enjoys a peaceful environment, likes cats, and might occasionally join me in the media room for TV. I am hoping this could develop into a long-term arrangement with the possibility of moving together to future places, as I did with the previous long-term flatmate.
Please send me a message if interested.
regards Robert.
