Where: We have a beautiful room in our house on the edge of Windsor/Prahran available!
Walking distance to: Chapel St (5 min), Prahran train station (2 min) and the Number 6 tram (1 min).Albert Park, Fawkner Park, Victoria Gardens within 10 minutes and the beach (20 min).

The House: A modern, open plan home with big doors that open out to a back courtyard - perfect for eating and relaxing outside, having a BBQ and growing veggies! There is also a second large communal balcony upstairs. Large windows in the living area keep the space bright and airy, perfect for growing indoor plants! Our kitchen is spacious with plenty of room for storage, cooking and sharing a meal together from time to time. There is extra storage in the built-in robes on the landing upstairs and plenty of storage room in the garage as well. There is a downstairs powder room with a toilet, basin and large mirror with the main bathroom with shower and spa located upstairs. Each of us has our own basin in different bathroom areas.

Parking: Parking Permit available for on-street parking.

Formal Information: We are renting through an agency, and so you’ll need to go through the usual checks and pay bond (see above).
