Description of the home

My home is very tasteful in decor and comfort. It has a large open plan living/ kitchen and meals area. Kitchen is new as are the two bathrooms with walk in showers. Two toilets. Off the living area is a very tranquil private courtyard with an out door setting and barbeque, northern facing and an automatic blind for shade when needed.

On street parking directly at front of the house and also a large un restricted carpark two houses up. Resident parking permits obtainable easily enough through local council for on the street and free parking throughout Hobsons Bay. This area is very safe and the lifestyle is the best in Williamstown. The tranquility of a bayside suburb without the hustle and bustle. Yet so close to the city which is only 10 minutes away.

Train station is only a 8 minute walk and buses at the end of my street along with all the main shops you’ll need including banks, Drs, chemists, supermarkets, gyms, post office and much more!! Needless to say the picturesque walks/ bike rides along the water front and the swimming beach all on the doorstep. ☀️
