Both of us (my husband and I) are non smokers, we love animals hence we have a mini dacshund "Pebbles". Pebbles is quiet dog, rarely barking. She mostly stays in the front living room or roaming between courtyard and backyard.
We keep to ourselves and dont mind occasional chat with our housemates.
Toilet and bathroom are separate room. It will be shared between tenants only. Common room in the middle will be shared between tenants only. Please keep these clean between yourself. I wont be providing roster and wont be checking your room or toilet or bathroom. I believe in respecting your boundary and privacy.
Laundry and kitchen will be shared between all of us.
