P.S We are looking for a guy to move in who works full time or is a student that also is working .. but prefer a guy looking for minimum 6 months or 12 months+ the bedroom has queen size bed with full bedroom suite linen bath towels, also central air/con and central heating more suited for someone that likes there space privacy , prefer a non smoker but if you are a smoker there is a Covered Gazebo with table and chairs in the back garden where you can relax with the ponds and waterfalls
