This home is in a nice suburban neighborhood street with friendly neighbours in West Footscray.
Bus stop around the corner. Walking distance to the supermarket and train station. A couple of cute cafes are walking distance around the corner also.
There are many parks surrounding for enjoyable walks or to exercise.
This is a house with a backyard area in which is great to relax in or for entertaining.
There is also a shed out the back for extra storage.
It’s a three bedroom home but the third room is like a storage room. I can offer this room to you as a place to add extra storage or to turn into a study.
