Description of the home
My single level house is very secure, located in a quiet, small court, with two living areas, a large garden and under cover pergola. There are also security doors front and back.
There is a gas log fire in the front room with bay window views of the The Dandenongs.
The house has close public transport access (3 minute walk to the bus), which goes to the train station, university and large shopping centre. It is walking distance to supermarket, several cafes and shops, and close to the golf course, public pool, Eastlink and an abundance of walking trails and bike tracks.
A friendly, yet anxious dog lives here.
