Hello!! I am looking for a new housemate in my very cozy girl coded home. I am sadly saying goodbye to my lovely housemate/friend at the end of July.
Who you will be living with:
Jess (25F): works full time, loves a chat but also respects personal space, vegetarian, crafty and is in love with her cat
BONUS Kitty (7M): is a cat. He gets the zoomies, loves a cuddle and is pretty chill overall
🩷 The house:
- Double story, 3 bed, 1.5 bath townhouse with a 1 car garage (garage used for storage)
- Part of a shared driveway with lovely neighbours & heaps of parking nearby
- Includes dishwasher, coffee machine, large fridge/freezer, air fryer, washing machine, all basic appliances really
-There is a shared double vanity bathroom upstairs
- The third bedroom has been used as a spare room for guests and as a study, it also has built in robes for additional storage
🎀 The room
-roughly 3.2 x 2.9
- Unfurnished (but my current housemate is happy to leave their double bed with storage & mattress)
- Has a built in robe
- Get views of the afternoon sun/sunsets from the room.
Rent - $1130 per month each or approximately $282 per week
