A private bedroom with a shared bathroom is available! The house has 2 lounge rooms, a den plus a huge deck & veranda so there’s plenty of space to chill. The house itself is beautifully newly built with a large kitchen, and new appliances.
Conveniently situated about 5 minutes away from Truganina Station by car, a stone's throw away from multiple shopping centers. It’s ideal to drive around in this area. The Flexi bus (Uber-like bus) is available but the booking can sometimes be overwhelming. The garage is locked and not accessible to housemates but there is plenty of street parking.
210/week with Internet bill included. Electricity and gas bills are split per capita given the cost of heating can be be ridiculous if we are not mindful in Melbourne winter.

I am a software engineer 41 working full time, keen on outdoor activities. Usually jump on a bike to commute to work and go hiking, kayaking on the weekends.
