3 bedroom house, large backyard in a Cul-de-sac. Very quite, very safe as Police as neighbours.
Clean and tidy, with regular lawn mowing and cleaner which is an addition cost.
Lalor shopping centre walking distance.
Thomastown train station 1.7km, 5min walk to bus stop or it's a 8min bike ride. Close to the Metro Highway.
Period can be extended if it suits us both and review of rent.

Ozzy is a needy boy who loves cuddles and rubs and food! He's trained but can be a typical 4.5yo and chooses to ignore his mum. He's usually anywhere, where I am.
I am recovering from back injury so spend most nights in my bedroom so the lounge is all yours but happy for a chat if you like. We are usually out and about on weekends.
As part of the cheap rent on offer, I'm looking for someone that can walk Ozzy around 2 x a week (flexible) so I can go to pool for rehab and if your happy to help with dog sitting when your free, that would be appreciated.

Needy, strong willed, cuddly Staffy that has trouble being left alone.
He is a very good guard dog and will tell us when someone comes to the house. Therefore, if you are regularly coming home after 9pm, this will not suit us.
