- 3 bed/2 bath fully rennovated workers cottage.
- 5min walk from Sunshine Station, but quiet street with minimal noise.
- No parking unfortunately as no off street parking and only 2 permits available.
- Split system heating/cooling in each bedroom and living/dining + electric fireplace in living room.
- Kitchen with induction hotplate and electric oven, new fridge and dishwasher.
- Separate laundry with washing machine and dryer.
- Front veranda and back courtyard with clothesline.
