HI I am Sam. A teacher in the local area. IN this huge house there is a spare room for rent. it's spacious with built-in cupboard space. 50% of the time the kids come to stay ( 17,15,10 and 8) they are not too annoying. We have two Jack Russells.
I am out most of the day time and evening is a mix of socialising of playing sport.
everything in the house is available to use including a washing machine ,fridge(s ) and freezer(s). the bathroom is semi private ( shared only with one child(50%) of the time and has internal lock.
