About the occupants
The housemate staying on is Lyn. She is a kind and friendly 28 year old post graduate student in education. Lyn is pretty busy between study and part time tutoring work, but enjoys taking dance classes in her spare time.

I'm Jenny, the housemate leaving. I've been in the flat for about 2.5 years but am relocating to Sydney where my partner has gotten a job.
Compatible people
Looking for a friendly and considerate housemate who is either working or studying. Someone who likes to have a chat, but is also happy to do their own thing. It's a nice, quiet apartment complex and would suit someone who is looking for a calm oasis close to the city.
