Home Description

Description of the home

Hi folks, a great double room is available in a fantastic two bedroom Acland Street apartment.
The room is really spacious, light and cosy, huge windows, nice views, and built in robes and fully furnished.
The apartment itself is spacious, light and bright, warm and has a welcoming homely atmosphere.
There are double windows in every room with broad views of St Kilda, and a balcony off the lounge with fresh herbs and a bbq.
The kitchen is spacious with all amenities, lots of cupboard space and dinning table, and another dining table in the lounge/dinning area.
The apartment is in a classic art deco building, with lots of space, trees, gardens, solid brick - keeping the apartment warm in the winter and cool in the summer (and keeps the bills low).
Right next to the Linden Gallery, it's at the tree lined and very chilled quiet end of the street, with the beach right across the road.
The beach is across the road, as is Acland St shops, restaurants, cafes, bars and supermarkets.
There are a heap of trams at the end of our street in both directions, direct to the city.
Located in a perfect position, close to everything but in the quiet part of the street, hardly any traffic at all.
With nbn fast unlimited internet.
The apartment also comes with lots of storage space, space for bikes, and a lock up garage-workshop space.
The room is available now but the dates are flexible, short-term is fine, and couples are welcome too.
Cheers

About occupants
Hiya, Adam, i'm a editor and support worker, in my thirties, have a Golden Retriever puppy, Finn, he's 10 months, full of love and joy, never barks and incredibly well behaved, we're usually out during the day, like to keep active - roller skating and playing tennis, taking Finn for walks on the beach down the road or in the gardens around the corner.
very chilled and relaxed when at home, love cooking dinner, taking it easy, having a cuppa, and keeping good interests. looking for someone easy going, respectful and down to earth, who is house proud and contributes to a good friendly atmosphere
