Hey guys!

We have a room available in our beautiful 3 story apartment home, for sublet (Room 1) from the 5th of july till 1st of sebtember , also there is a possibility the sublet could be extended since i might extend my trip. i should know by the end of july.

The room is fully furnished with everything you need, just bring your suitcase and move in.

Two great rooms to choose from:
The Master is on the Top Floor and comes with a King bed, walk-in wardrobe, desk + TV, ensuite, private balcony. Also A/C Unit with heater function to keep it cozy. Bit Top Floor views and sunset glimpses.

Rent is 360$/wk with bills.

3 story apartment, Right by grey st/barkly st. in st kilda. Washer & dryer in unit. 3 other roommates from the UK and germany in their 20s to 30s. Matt (24) from the UK brings cheesy dad jokes and stellar cooking but is leaving us soon. Nils (30) is a full time filmmaker and sports enthusiast, libby (21) is the wholesome spirit that makes this place a home and Jack (24) is an active and social English/irish guy with an amazing energy. Now Libby is going on a trip till 1.09 and Matt has been thinking about moving upstate for a while too. So we would love another girl for good balanced energy but will welcome anybody.

The House has a big open kitchen & living room area to hang out. Roommates are really easy going, we love the good vibe and chill energy at home, now looking for somebody looking for the same. We occasionally play tennis in the living room, have cookouts, kitchen dances or the ocasional late night pizza feast together. We are primarly looking for long term renters, short term could be discussed. If you just wanna stay the two months sublet thats cool, easy as.

The place is kept very clean and tidy, is full of laughter, shit talking and good energy.
