Sadly due to my flatmates visa being cancelled I now have a fully furnished room for rent.

Amazing location

- Very close walk to cute cafes, carlise street shops, supermarkets etc
- 10 minute walk at kilda botanical garden
- Close to lots of trams and Balaclava stations
- 2 secure off street parking spaces

THE ROOM
- Massive room, so much space for a bed, desk, small couch etc fully furnished (but flexible)
- Lots of natural light, close to main road but still very quiet.
