🛏️. The bedroom is large and has plenty of storage space and a big window. There is a large kitchen and lounge with small balcony attached.
The bathroom, kitchen and lounge are shared spaces. There is also a parking space available.
The rent is $1384 for per month (excluding bills/cheaper).

🌞You will be living with Isabela, (31F) I’m Brazilian, I work all day. I enjoy meditation, cooking, going to the gym, wine, and Netflix.
I value a peaceful and quiet space to come home to after a long days work. Mainly looking for someone who has similar lifestyle to myself and likes a clean environment.

📍The apartment is located directly across from the St Kilda Botanic Gardens and the street is fairly quiet.
Acland street shops and the 96 tram are within a less than 5 minutes walk. Balaclava station and the 16, 67 and 3 tram are also within walking distance.
If you have a car, the entire street has all day free parking and I have a space behind the apartment for the taking.
