Description of the home

My housemate is moving in with their partner so I’m in the market for a quiet, clean and chill roomie. Alt-friendly, Queer friendly, weirder the better honestly. A welcoming, safe space. Plenty of storage, backyard good for BBQ’s and relaxing in summer. Open to anyone.

Available early June 2025. Total is $1500 pcm including bills, (usually > $150- 175 pcm) deposit is 1 month, returned at completion of the lease agreement.

Room is large and bright, bed and mattress, built in robes, desk, chair and coffee table can all be used or not. There is a private bathroom next door for your use but contains washer/dryer so not entirely exclusive.

If you have a pet, open to it if they get along. Longer term stays preferred, but open to shorter stays for the right people.

-15 mins walk from the train station
- Bus from end of the street to Yarraville station takes 7 minutes.
-5 mins from shops
-10 minutes from Coles or Woolworths
-5 minutes drive from Yarraville.
-8 minutes drive from Williamstown beach
-10-15 minutes drive to the city depending on traffic.

About Me. I’m Liam, 40’s professional, work in city and sometimes from home. Exercise, hang out with friends occasionally- a homebody who reads a lot. But you do you. I have a young frenchie (dog) called Bo. He’s very affectionate, if you are good with that hit me up!
