Are you an introvert looking for a tranquil and supportive living environment? If so, we have a perfect place for you! My cousin (M, 20) and I are seeking a like-minded roommate to share our calm and cozy apartment.

About the apartment : This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom and 1 garage space apartment in Union Quarter at Spotswood, which is roughly 15 minutes train ride from Melbourne CBD.The apartment is brand new and provide easy access to Woolies and Dan Murphy’s at ground floor. Plus it is only a 3 minute walk to Spotswood train station.

Utilities: We have basic appliances such as a microwaved, dishwasher, washing machine, split-system air con, fridge and a built in wardrobe in each bedrooms.

About you: I am looking for a clean and a non-smoker female student who is comfortable with sharing a bedroom with me. I also understand that everybody values privacy, which is why my family and I are working towards getting a curtain room divider.
