Hi there, I have 1 bedroom in this fully furnished 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment in Southbank. I am looking to have a flatmate starting from 18 May. Room is with its own bathroom. Rest of the apartment is shard and it is fully furnished. You just need to bring your personal belongings. Everything else is in the apartment for a comfortable stay. Looking to have an easy going person who can pay the rent on time and respect another house mate. Rent is $525 a week with all bills inclusive (Gas/Electricity/Internet). Car park is not included in this price but is available and can be provided if needed.
