Other information
For just $350 per week right in the heart of Southbank- the Melbourne CBD, you get not only me, an awesome colourful, creative, happy and humerous flatmate dancing across the spacious open plan living area, you also get you own bathroom and 2 lounging areas to choose from, with full access to the indoor heated pool, gym and tennis court!

And with just a 2 min walk to the supermarket, bars and restaurants, 2 mins to PT at Kingsway or St Kilda rod, or 10 mins across the Yarra to the CBD, what more could you ask for!

Any age and any gender is cool, but would prefer older female- especially animal loving vegans/vegetarians who know how to turn off a light switch, conserve energy/water and knows how to clean up after themselves every time and share the housework (not much- just the vaccuming…)

No drama queens or kings accepted.

Utility bills for me are usually pretty low because I like to conserve.
IE: turning off lights when not in use, so the amount you pay, really depends on how much you use.

About the occupants
I have a job in an office a few days a week, but then work from home in my office space creating a huge range of entertaining and positive projects. I’m into video/photography/editing/graphic design/writing/blogging/etc

I’m a bit of a night owl, so do work nights and get home from the office around 11/11.30pm, when I usually sneak around so not to disturb you and go to bed straight away where I do stuff on my laptop from there.

I like to sleep in till about mid morning, so don’t like to get woken up before then.

Then I jump out of bed, dance the morning away before going to work or wfh.

I like to keep my Home living simple, clean and organised though I’m not anal about it.

I know we can all get busy- including me.
Compatible people
A good flatmates is some who understands that they are sharing a space, so takes into consideration the needs of their flatmates.

So as I would be really considerate and quiet for my flatmates at night time when I’ve just gotten home from work and they’re in bed, I would also expect them to be considerate of me sleeping in in the morning when they’re getting ready for work, so no slamming doors, no loud music or conversation at 8am.

I would also expect them to be clean in the kitchen and all other shared areas.

This I am anal about.

Simple things like wiping down the kitchen bench after making food. Washing their pots/pans/dishes with HOT soapy water.

You know, simple, basic things that should be commonsense and courtesy…...
