Decent sized 2 bedroom apartment with amazing panoramic views and all day sun light with good sized shared bathroom. Have a full gym set up in the living room (it doesn’t take over) and also have a lot of plants. Brought the place a bit over a year ago. The apartment is fully set up with everything you’d think you’ll need but also want whoever moves in to feel comfortable and like it also their home. I also have a British bulldog named Baxter, he is a very chill dog but would need someone who likes dogs. The building has a gym, pool, spa, sauna, steam room, tennis court, concierge, bbq area, day bed area and fire pit.

Hey, I’m Jason and a 37yo professional. I work from home most days so I do spend a lot of time at the apartment. I am social so will have friends over on occasion and weekends are usually out doing things with mates. I’m a pretty chilled guy so it doesn’t take a lot for me to be bothered.
