Arnie and Jonah here, looking for another action-packed, ride-or-die Texan “Pardner” to share our Seddon house with.

$755/calendar month and $755 bond

You will have the small room, with ample space for work and study, Netflix n’ chillin’ with a little window into the garden. Stay warm in the coming winter months with a warm, fully carpeted floor.
The house itself is generously large with a beautiful bay window making up the centrepiece of the living room, a good place to vibe, a small kitchen, toilet and shower. Being a quite large 3-bedroom house offers privacy and space, and given the price, is quite good value. The house also has a massive garden that would interest a keen gardener. Happy to have people over, but at the moment, isn’t so much of a mad party house.
Roughly five minutes’ walk to Footscray and Seddon stations, The home feels like a little island oasis in the middle of the vibrant main streets. Close to Coles, Seddon fresh food grocers and tons of little food stalls, cafes and gastronomical curiosities and marvels (check out the famous Ethiopian places)!
Jonah and I are both in our early 30s working and studying full/part time:
Jonah – Enjoys his footy, movies, pints, and South American music. Also works from home on a schedule.
Arnie – Likes music, sport and anything art. Enjoys reading, watching movies, and playing games (like everyone else)
Lexi – lazy greyhound, likes sleeping, eating, etc… cannot fault the dear madam for that…
