Looking for a lovely new housemate to share my 2-bedroom apartment in Seddon with me (Sophie) and Kimchi, my small and very sweet toy cavoodle.
The apartment is north-facing, full of natural light, and filled with plants and all the essentials for a comfortable, easy home life. There’s a balcony with views of the city and docks, a comfy living area with a TV (Apple TV + Netflix), and a well-equipped kitchen with gas cooking, a good-sized fridge, and a dishwasher.
Rent includes all bills (electricity, water, gas, unlimited fast NBN internet).
Looking for a non-smoker who is chilled, respectful, and happy to live with a small dog. Seddon is a beautiful, friendly neighbourhood with great cafes, shops, and public transport nearby.
