Rowville

Description of the home

We are looking for a fourth roommate to join us at our place in Rowville! We are looking for someone under 30 that is professional, reliable and has good communication skills. We also have a strict no drugs policy in the house, which extends to any kind of smoking. We don't mind occasional use, just not here.

The room is located upstairs and is 3.7m x 2.9m not including the wardrobe. The room also has heating and evaporative cooling. Right across from the room is the bathroom and toilet. The bathroom is currently shared between the other two female roommates. Internet is incuded in rent, but bills are split evenly when they come up.

About the larger place, it has three separate entertainment areas, two of which are quite empty and could do with some furniture. The back loungeroom is pictured, and there's a third guest toilet downstairs as well. The kitchen is large and we have two fridges that we share. There is also a large outdoor pateo area great for entertaining. We also have a staffy puppy that is adorable.
