Beautiful Sharehouse Space Available, includes two rooms, in Rosanna
We're looking for a third person to share in this awesome household. A space which welcomes genuine being. We are offering two rooms, plus a bathroom!
This house is spacious and light-filled.

Our place is on a quiet leafy street in Rosanna. We are walking distance from a big beautiful park, some shops including an IGA, and Rosanna train station.
We're close to Heidelberg/Ivanhoe/Preston. And about a 15-minute drive to Northcote.
We’re in a month-to-month rental situation.
Your rent would be $1190 per month (275 a week) plus Bills.
Space should be available by mid April. (perhaps sooner)

Peter - A gentle and thoughtful man, who also relishes in an occasional loungeroom disco! Loves Nature, healing, archetypal explorations, and works in psychological support.
Ksenija - Steph's calico cat, prone to random number generator behaviour and being aggressively cute and affectionate. (Sorry, no other pets please.)
Cat person would be great. She’s an indoor cat, so taking care with doors and windows is important.
