About occupants
This was my family home for the past 10 years and have recently moved out. I’m self employed as well as doing a side gig at a building and construction company. I enjoy meaningful chats about life stories and exchanging ideas with one another. On my spare time I enjoy doing a bit of light gardening around the home or go out to catch up with friends.s and respect each others space. I am tidy and clean.

Emmanuel is from Kenya and a very matured and respectful man. He is studying part time in Nursing and working as a data analyst at an age care. He goal is to complete his studies and transition his Nursing degree from back home to Australia.

Michael works as a social worker Monday to Saturday (whenever there is a need), and enjoys riding his motorbike occasionally to go and catch his friends over a meal when he's not working.
Compatible people
Looking for an easy-going, considerate and tidy and clean person. Someone who can help with cleaning and maintaining the home on weekly basis would be ideal.

Preferably someone with full time employment but someone who is studying/part time who is able to pay rent and bills in time would also be considered. Happy to socialise but also respect each other’s space.

As it is a shared home we like to respect each person's privacy and space. It would be good to tidy up the common spaces (kitchen, bathroom, lounge area) after each use. Visitors are welcome but we have a no-sleep-over policy due to the security and safety of members in the household as well.
