Having lived in Richmond more than half my life now, the local knowledge is extensive & I enjoy passing that on. Fully biased but Cremorne really is the epitome for central, inner-city living. Graphic Designer, working from home mostly, looking for the right person rather than just filling the room, but I'm open to short term too, come check the place out & say hello!

Kind, considerate, easy going & able to communicate well, everything else will fall into place... The Southbound train line is close behind, the windows are double glazed which work well but if you're a really light sleeper, perhaps not for you. It's a great spot, walking distance to everything with under cover parking also available. Reliable & respectful people please apply.
Description of pets
Phuture is a 4.5yo male tuxedo, adopted around the end of Lockdowns when his owners wanted to leave the country, so he's very special to me. He's a Daddy's boy now but will take to you no problem once he's figured out you're on the home team & good for a head scratch.
