We are situated next to Cole’s Richmond on church street. Close two multiple tram route stops to the city and southern suburbs. Train station is a 10 minute walk. 30 minute walk into the city and 15 to the MCG. Lots of cafes, restaurants, bars, gyms and fitness studios around.
Our apartment is a 2 bed 2 bath. The bedroom up for rent has a seperate bathroom. We have all the appliances you will need to move in. The building has a gym and a theatre, bike storage.

Description of pets
Mia is a black mini golden doodle. She’s almost 5 years old now. Fully house trained. She’s a ball of energy some days and is very affectionate. When you arrive home she’ll greet you with a lot of warmth, energy and excitement.
