Very quiet complex, with friendly neighbours.

Swan Street is a 1 minute walk away, which is where the tram stop is, which is so convenient. The train station (Burnley) is just less than 5 minute walk and the main swan street shopping precinct is just shy of a 10 minute walk, great cafè at the end of our street, gyms and bars… the list goes on.

Here you would have your own secure car park directly under the building (which if you don’t use can be leased), your own large bathroom, private bedroom with mirrored wardrobe, a queen size bed as well as bedside table.
The apartment has floor-to-ceiling windows (so lots of natural light), dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, air conditioning, heating and all kitchen accessories

About occupants
Hi, I’m Amela — 40 years old and working full time as an executive assistant in the CBD

I love heading out for meals and a few wines with friends at some of the awesome local bars. I spend most of my time at work, at the gym, or out and about being social. Originally from Perth, but after 8 years in Richmond, I definitely consider myself a Melburnian.

At home, I tend to do my own thing, I'm very quiet, considerate of others and really value my downtime, but also up for the occasional wine, Uber Eats, and trash TV night with a housemate if they are keen. I like to live in a quiet and clean environment, so this place would best suit someone who is also quiet, clean, and respectful of common areas and others.

You’d be sharing with just me, it’s not a party house, more a peaceful home. Ideally looking for someone similar in lifestyle who is, independent, and easy-going.

If this sounds like a good fit, send me a bit about yourself and we can organise a time to chat or for you to come by and see the place!
Compatible people
I’m looking for a housemate who is friendly, respectful, and easygoing, with a good balance between being social and independent. Ideally, someone who leads a busy, full life and appreciates a peaceful, quiet, tidy home to come back to.

We don’t have to be best friends, but being able to share the occasional chat, glass of wine, or movie night would be a bonus. Mutual respect, clear communication, and consideration for shared spaces are really important to me — things like cleaning up after yourself, paying bills on time, and being mindful of noise and guests.

This would suit someone who values common sense housemate etiquette and is happy to contribute to creating a relaxed and positive living environment.

If that sounds like you, I’d love to hear from you!
