🏡
About the Apartment:
Not only will you share the apartment with me (more about me later) but also my two clean and friendly cats.
🚞
Convenient Location: Just a 2-minute walk to North Richmond Station, Victoria Street trams, and buses—only 15 minutes to the city on transport or a 2km walk through the beautiful Fitzroy Gardens! You'll also be surrounded by amazing food, cafés, restaurants, bars, a multitude of gyms / Pilates studios on Bridge road and Victoria Streets, all just a short walk away.
🏋️‍♀️
Close to Everything: Gyms, Pilates studios, supermarkets, and parks are a short walk away.
🏥
For healthcare workers, the Epworth and St Vincents Private Hospitals are an easy 10 minute walk away
☀️
East facing apartment: Enjoy beautiful light filled mornings throughout the larger than average apartment (just under 100 square metres) including a bright plant scattered balcony. For those mornings where the sun is a little bit too much, also enjoy the ceiling fan in your room, and AC in the living area.

About occupants
I’m Renee (she/her), in my late 30s and I work full-time in the city, in the public service. I work from home two days a week and love to socialise, dance (badly), laugh (loudly and at myself often) and travel. I enjoy the odd wine of a weekend, but also really appreciate a peaceful home, which for me includes a fairly tidy apartment, home-cooked meals of a weeknight (or hitting meal prep hard of a Sunday) and binge-watching trashy TV like MAFS, Love Island, White Lotus and or (slightly more highbrow) British crime dramas. I have a TV in my room, so wont always be monopolising the living room, I swear.
I have lived with housemates before, in Aus and the UK so I know how it works; respect each other's space and privacy, agree on cleanliness expectations / division of responsibilities and be kind.
I would be up for the occasional house dinner or a wine, but I also enjoy my alone time and appreciate you might too, so while we would be living together, we don’t need to live in each others pockets.
If this sounds like your kind of living arrangement, please DM me a bit about you!
Compatible people
Social, respectful, responsible, easy going, tidy and calm. I am looking for someone on the same wavelength as me - someone working full time who can have a laugh and likes the socialise, but also lives a fairly calm drama free life. In saying that I certainly don’t mind a wine or two of a weekend, but balance that by doing household chores, shopping, washing cooking on the weekend.
Description of pets
I have two female cats who are on the older side now, they’re friendly and clean and pretty subdued. See pics.
