Description of the home

We can only let the spaces short term as we need it at other times but it’s perfect for someone to have a base while working short contract, international student or someone relocating while they find a permanent place
3 Level town house
The lower level is the entry and the queen bedroom offered is on the ground level and the private ensuite is off the bedroom, which has ample storage. A second room is included which can be used as an office but is a huge space with ample light and has a large 3 seat sofa and tv area, this is separate from the main living kitchen dining area which is located on the 2nd level. Please note the ground floor living and tv area would be only used by you.
The middle level is the kitchen, dining and living area. The top level has 2 bathrooms, main bedroom and office.
The upper level would be for myself and my partner and the lower level for the guest
It has backyard with large BBQ and deck area with a pond
The parking offered is in the front yard area of the property
Very safe area and close to cafes and restaurants
Ducted heating and cooling
High speed wifi included, think it's unlimited but we don't use it much so data wouldn't be an issue
