Home Description

Description of the home

Princes Hill is a great place to live. The Melbourne Age (1 July, 2023) describes it as “a suburb no one wants to leave” and “people just love it”.
It is isolated from traffic noise and pollution and other problems often found in the inner suburbs.

However, it has the wonderful benefit of being central – only 3km from the CBD, close to universities, hospitals and bicycle tracks. Also, only a short walk to the 1 and 6 tram stop.

Barkly Square Shopping Centre and the food precincts in Lygon Street, Rathdowne Street and Brunswick East are also nearby.

You will be able to go on interesting local walks as Princes Hill is an outstanding heritage precinct. Jogging is also possible around nearby Princes Park.

Our property is very secure and efficient - everything works. It is NBN connected - FIBRE TO THE PREMISES. It also has a leafy outlook, being directly opposite a reserve of magnificent trees. Permit parking available.

We have 2 large bedrooms (4.2M by 3.6 M) available (one - short term and one - longer term).
All rooms are spacious – the living room, bathroom and the open plan kitchen area (dishwasher incl.) which includes a dining alcove that looks out on to the back garden. General household furniture provided (photos are from a previous tenancy).

The back garden is very peaceful and is perfect for entertaining, meditating or just listening to the birds.
