Hello! Joe and I are looking for 1 lovely human to build a peaceful home with.

*$220 tenant transfer which I'm happy to split with you. Tenants were doing a month-to-month lease here with no issues. I'm happy to discuss doing a 12 month lease.

- I eat mostly vegetarian at the moment but will occasionally cook fish or chicken. I don't have an issue with housemates cooking meat as long as you are hygienic and store the meat in a sealed container in the fridge.
- Recently purchased new modem and setup NBN with Superloop ($67 for the first 6 months).
- Recently purchased a fridge & washing machine.
