🏡 Looking for a housemate to take over a lease transfer together – Melbourne
Hi everyone!
My current housemate is moving to Sydney, so we’ll need to transfer the lease to new tenants. I’m currently living in the house, so I’m looking for one person to apply for the lease transfer with me so we can both do the application together.
📍 Location: Prahran
🛏️ You would take one of the rooms and join me on the lease
📄 We’ll apply for the lease transfer together through the agent/landlord
💰Rent is $400/week
🗓️ Move in date: 27 March 2026

🚋 3-min walk to a tram stop (Tram #6), which goes directly to the city
🚊 close to Toorak Station, Armadale Station, and Prahran Station
