Description of the home
The property is divided in 2 floors and full of sun light in the morning and in the afternoon.
The location it's amazing, you have the train station next to the house, 3 supermarket really close by ( less than 5 min walk), great bars and restaurants to enjoy nice food and the prahran market 3 minutes away if you like some nice food and coffees. Thats my favourite thing to do on a Sunday morning.
You would have your own room and own bathroom.
The house it's all furnished, your bedroom as the option to be furnished or not as you prefer (my current flatmate can sell to you the bed and bedside table and he is not selling it for a cheap price as he is living the country).
If you have any furniture you are more than welcome to bring them with you.
We also have a nice balcony that is situated on the sunny part of the house and is perfect to enjoy some sun during the afternoon.

I work full time during the week and spend most of the time outside the house training at the gym or outdoor for my triathlon. During the weekend that for me is usually from Sunday to Tuesday i like to relax at home, cooking nice meals to enjoy with my flatmate, unwind looking at a nice movie or reed a book.
I'm a very relax person, i'm always happy to share some time with my flatmate for a glass of wine or a dinner out but i also value time by myself after long hours at work and i will be respectful of your time as well. I'm not a party boy and i would like someone like me as a flatmate.
I have 2 beautiful cats that live in the property called Sol and Karl. They are both 1 years old, funny and they both love cuddles.
