2 Bedroom, 1 bathroom in a quiet street in Prahran within a few minutes walk to High St with shops, restaurants and trams to Chapel St and Melbourne CBD.
Estimate time to CBD by tram no 6, 5 and 64 around 25 mins.
Also close to Praphan, Armadale and Toorak station.

The apartment is fully furnished. There are a washing machine, a dryer, TV 75'' plus Netflix and prime video , Nintendo switch , a 2 seat sofa, Queen bed and bedding, bedside tables, built in wardrobes, Fridge, Microwave, Cutlery (folks, knives, spoons, cups, glass) , dinning table and chairs, air fryer, kettle and rice cooker which means you don't need to buy anything for a house.

I am prefer a girl to share with me , my friend and my puppy.
$300/week exclude bills. Electricity, gas and internet is shared equally for 3 of us. Water is free.

ABOUT Flatmates;
My name is Lisa and I am Thai. I work as a full time chef in a steakhouse in Praphan. My work schedule 5 days a week mostly start from 2-11pm. Which means I come back home late at night and wake up around 8-9am. I mostly stay home until lunch or may take my puppy to a park nearby in the morning.

Another girl named Yuri comes from Japan. She is international student who study a cookery course and she work in a hotel in the city.

Also sharing our apartment is my friendly Japanese Spitz named Casper (my puppy)

The apartment will be available from 1 June 2024

Minimum1 month lease.
