Currently accepting women preferably in mid to late 20s or early 30s. I aim for this to be a safe and quiet space. This is not a party house and if you plan on inviting a friend or partner inside please be respectful and let me know beforehand :) I will extend you the same courtesy.

There are two available rooms for rent in a single storey, three bed one bath home. The street is very quiet with lovely neighbours.

The bus stop on Palmers Rd is a quick 2 minute walk away and services bus routes 494, 495 and 497. Williams Landing Station is a 10 minute walk or accessible via above bus routes. Point Cook Town Centre is a 15 minute walk / 3 minute drive. Sanctuary Lakes Shopping Centre is a 5 minute drive.

The living area has a 55" tv with netflix and a big comfortable couch along with a 6 seated dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics including a microwave, stovetop, oven and cookware. Both washer and dryer are available for use in the laundry. There is a beautiful garden with flowering fruit trees and a covered outdoor setting equipped with lighting, fan and BBQ. There is a small amount of storage available in a lock up shed if required.

Currently offering a 3-6 month stay however I may be open to extending further
