Hello all.
Unfortunately I need to move out this lovely 3 bedroom 1 bathroom house.
I had one housemate who is really kind and respectful person. But I need to go to a closer house to my job. Because I spend more than 3 hours a day on the road.

3 bedroom (2 big, 1 small)
1 bathroom
Has parking area, garage and you can park on the street also.
Has back yard, you can enjoy the weather or do bbq.

This house is 2min walk from Pascoe Vale train station, 2min walk from shop, cafes and restaurants, 5min drive to Coles coburg, 20min to city by train. The location is perfect and I'm really sorry to leave this house :(
The kitchen and living area has all the things you will need.

Room1 (big)
My room. I will move out on saturday probably but if you can move in earlier we can discuss the date.
Has king size bed
Has lots of natural light
All furnished
It has big wardrobe, desk, lamp. You can just bring you personal stuff.

Room2 (big)
Tim (he/him 39)
He is a british chief in a french restaurant. If you are interested in cooking you talk to him about cooking for hours.
He likes football, I mean football football, cuz he is british.
He is a clean, respectful and kind guy.

Room3 (small)
This room is empty for a while, if homeowner can find somebody they can come but I dont think so cuz its little bit small.

The price is for my room 350 pw all bills and internet included.
If a couple would like to move in the price changes to 1700pm.
