Hey there,

We have a short-term rental opportunity available in our apartment-style townhouse as part of a break lease through to 12 July.

There are two furnished rooms available, and we’re open to renting them together or separately. The setup could work well for a singles - two couples , or friends looking for a comfortable short-term place.

The home has a relaxed, respectful, house-share feel — ideal for people who enjoy good vibes, a clean space, and a bit of community, while still valuing privacy and downtime.

The rooms are fully furnished and ready to go making this a great option for someone needing a flexible short-term stay.

If you’re looking for something longer than a 6 week stay i.e after 12 July, that can potentially be arranged directly with the managing agent under a new lease.

The outdoor space is a real standout feature. The large backyard is perfect for relaxing, with outdoor seating, a flourishing herb and vegetable garden, and citrus trees. There is also a covered, secure bike parking area.

Location-wise, you couldn’t ask for better. The house overlooks Royal Park, a huge green space with adventure playgrounds, BBQ facilities, public toilets, and scenic walking, running, and bike tracks.

Getting around is easy:

🚋 Three tram lines are just a 5-minute walk away, taking you to the city in around 8–12 minutes.
🏫 Melbourne University is only a 5-minute walk from the house.
☕ Cafés, restaurants, 7-Eleven, and a bottle shop are all within a 5–8 minute walk.
🌆 North Melbourne, Queen Victoria Market, Collingwood, and Fitzroy are all within a 15–20 minute walk.

It’s a fantastic place to call home, offering both peace and greenery while still being close to everything Melbourne has to offer.
