Open fire place, high ceilings, and period features throughout. Very homely and welcoming. The house has lots of character but hasn't been renovated for a few years (except kitchen and bathroom which have been upgraded)
No parking permit so would suit someone with no car .
Situated directly opposite Royal Park, close to Melbourne Uni, Royal Childrens Hospital and 10 mins to city by tram. Very central and quiet location. 3 mins to No 19 tram.
