Description of the home

Hi Peoples,
We live in a gorgeous four bedroom house in Parkville, nestled in between the Zoo and beautiful parkland. We have direct access to the parks which back up to our fence line making them our "backyard". Thankfully we dont have to mow the lawn! We have 3 different shopping centers to buy groceries, whilst one also sports a Kmart at Barkly Square which is affectionately referred to as Sparkly Bear!
The house has two downstairs double sized rooms whilst upstairs are two normal sized rooms with built in robes and beautiful sweeping views of the direct parkland. There is also a large bay window with similar views and plenty of seating to read a good book or just chill in general and get lost in thought as you relax to the views.
Downstairs is the kitchen and dining where all the magic aromas fill the house with good cooking vibes and general conversations. The house is decked out with loads of plants - but not a jungle - and plenty of pictures with an assortment of ornaments.
Outside sees a well bricked area where we have a winter fire pit, whilst on the decking we have a summer fire pit ;) Nice for the occasional beers and multiple bowls of chips!
We are situated within a 3 minute walk to either Flemington bridge train station or the 57 and 59 tram stops that have you within the CBD in around 10 minutes. Alternatively one can head through Royal Park, or many of the other parks that lead into Fitzroy if you choose to hang out in the more hipster zones.

Bills and expenses

The bills are simply divided by 4. They generally vary a bit, depending on summer or winter :)
