This home is very large, is a 4 bedroom home, has full kitchen, multiple living areas, indoor/outdoor entertaining area with indoor bbq/kitchen which you can use, the house has evaporative cooling, and ducted heating, gas stove top.
Ther will be no access to the garage, or the driveway in the backyard. However parking will be available in front of the garage, under CCTV surveillance for peace of mind.
It is however a nice quiet street with great neighbours.
