About occupants
I work with horses providing therapeutic interactions for children and adults (mainly disability and NDIS). I also train other facilitators so I am outside most days (inc Weekends). I am over 60 and not looking for any "party animals" - like a good movie/TV series and a glass of wine most nights.

Sociability and empathy - we have to share the same space some of the time! Consideration and honesty makes life much more hospitable
Description of pets
There are two elderly cats in residence so if you're allergic don't apply! They have the run of most of the house and the garden and used to have 2 border collies living with them so are fairly adaptable but not that sociable with strangers initially
