Light-filled and spacious unit with a warm, homely feel, new flooring throughout, and a newly renovated kitchen. The home is just a short walk to the train station, with easy access to the city and only two train stops from Monash Caulfield, which is a big plus for students. It’s also close to gyms, shops, cafés, and restaurants along North Road, with an IGA around the corner for essentials.
Located at the back of the block, the unit feels safe and secure. The suburb itself has a lovely, family-friendly feel, with a school nearby and lots of families in the area. The home also maintains its temperature well, making it comfortable year-round!
The shared spaces are furnished, while the bedrooms can come furnished or unfurnished. There’s also a small balcony and street parking available. The bathroom is very retro, which is either a design statement or a conversation starter - I prefer to think it adds character though!
Please note that this is a LEASE TRANSFER, as my two tenants are moving out. The current lease is until 22/01/2027, with option to renew.

Cleaning in the shared areas is a shared responsibility, so I’d be best suited to living with people who are happy to contribute and help keep the home clean, comfortable, and welcoming.
