Description of the home
I am looking for a female, including an overseas student. The house has central heating and ceiling fans. The dining room and kitchen are open plan and spacious with gas cooking and there is plenty of storage space there. The house also has a washing machine, shared bathroom and a separate toilet. There is a front and back garden where I grow vegies and native plants.
There is a Woolworths supermarket, Post Office, Chemist Warehouse, $2 shop and Bunnings store only 5 minutes walk from the house and Oakleigh shopping centre and station is less than 2 km away. Chadstone shopping centre is about 4km away by a direct bus. If you like golf, the Metropolitan Golf Club is easy walking distance. This is a relaxed house, an environmentally friendly house, we recycle everything and cleaning is a shared job. This house would be very convenient if you're studying at Monash Uni Clayton and Holmesglen Tafe as there are direct bus rides to them and Monash Caulfield is 4 train stops away.
