1. Most importantly, you have a moral code / believe in 'karma' / are committed to treating people with decency.
E.g:
- if you say you will stay 12 months, you will stick to it even if you got 'a better offer'
- you wouldn't 'snaffle' something as small as a pen
Result: since we’re like this too, your home environment will be peaceful, harmonious and relaxing

2. You're a 'people person'. You enjoy the chilled vibe of living with people who are easygoing, friendly and communicative like you

3. You're considerate. Before you do something, you automatically tend to think how it will affect others. We're like that too, so enjoy! :)

4. You're openminded. You don't care what people look like, wear, earn…It's more important to you that they're good people.

5. Okay with gay/bi people. FWIW most of our mates are straight - so if you are, don't be shy about having a look!

6. Ideally, friends call you kind. We're like that, and life's just easier living with someone similar.
